Step 1: Download & Launch LucidPix

If you have not done so already, the first thing you need to do is to download and install LucidPix. Step 2: Make Your 3D Photo With LucidPix

Tap the camera icon to enter the 3D photo creation mode. This will automatically launch your phone’s photo picker, where you will navigate to the photo you want to convert from a two dimensional to a three dimensional photo. Once you find your photo, tap on it to select it, and then tap Generate 3D Photo to let LucidPix do its magic. 

With that tap, the LucidPix app analyses your photo, determining depth like the human brain, and presents you with your newly-improved photo in interactive 3D. Move your phone to see the results!

In this case, we grabbed a picture from Pexels.com, our go-to site for high quality, free pictures. If you would like to take your own 3D photo, instead of loading one from your camera roll, tap the blue camera icon.

Step 3: Share Your 3D Photo Everywhere

Now that you’ve made your 2D photo into a LucidPix 3D photo, you need to share it with the world! You can easily do so by sharing in the LucidPix 3D Gallery, directly to Instagram, Snapchat, Messenger, etc, or as a native Facebook 3D photo. You can also export as an animated GIF or MP4 video to share via email and text or any other social media platform.

To share the 3D photo you just made, simply choose one of the options below your 3D photo.

You can choose 3D Video to save a MP4 video for Snapchat, Instagram or TikTok, or you can tap 3D GIF to make an animated GIF for sharing on Twitter or anywhere you like. Or, you can share directly to Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram and Snapchat by tapping their icon and following onscreen instructions.
